Interview Mentor is a comprehensive interview preparation platform designed for tech professionals. It provides end-to-end support for job interview success through two key features:

Technical coding Interview

Credits are used to access Interview Mentor's features. Each subscription plan includes a specific number of credits that are added to your account on your billing date. You can use these credits to conduct practice interviews, receive feedback, and access other features. Unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your profile page and clicking on "Manage Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle. You can continue to use any remaining credits until your subscription expires.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, please contact our support team to request a refund. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Interview Mentor works on Windows and Mac operating systems (Mac coming soon). Minimum requirements:

• Windows 10 or newer / macOS 10.14 or newer
• 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
• Webcam and microphone
• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
• Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (latest versions)

When you subscribe to Interview Mentor, you'll receive a unique serial number. To activate it:

1. Download and install the Interview Mentor application
2. Launch the application
3. Enter your email, password, and the serial number, you serial number will be 'Activated' after you login, you can see it under your profile.

Each serial number can only be activated on one device. If you need to transfer to a new device, please contact our support team.

Your Interview Mentor license is tied to a single device. If you need to switch to a new device, please contact our support team to help transfer your license. This policy helps us maintain security and prevent unauthorized sharing.
